Spiders Drop Regular Season Finale to Delaware

RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Richmond Men's Tennis team dropped a hard-fought battle to Delaware Wednesday evening, 5-2, at home. With the loss, the Spiders finish the regular season at 13-8 while the Blue Hens improved to 16-8.
The Spiders struggled in doubles action, as duo Daniel Kliebhan/William Karpinski fell 6-4 on court one and Sebastian Miano/Alaister Burke fell 7-5 on court three.
In singles, however, Kliebhan picked up a win for the Spiders on court one while Karpinski also secured another point for the team.
The Spiders will look ahead to the Atlantic 10 Championship, slated for Apr. 27-30 in Orlando, Fla.
