
Women's Tennis Falls to College of Charleston, 4-3

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Richmond women's tennis team fell to the College of Charleston, 4-3, Friday at the C of C Tennis Complex.
Anna Abadias Morales won her singles match to get Richmond on the board (6-2, 6-4). The Spiders gathered their other two points from Elizabeth Sims and Denny Lamachia in the three and six spots, repectively. Sims fell behind in the second set to Mara Argyriou, but rallied back for a 6-1, 2-6, 6-3 win on court three. Lamachia slid by Grace Baker, 7-5. 6-3.
The Spiders will return to the court Tuesday, March 18, to host NJIT at 2:30 p.m.
