Ellie Joyce joined the Spider Athletic Fund staff as the Assisant Director Development Communications in September 2025.
Joyce joins the Spiders after a year on the VCU Rams Athletic Fund staff. She executed campaigns for sport-specific giving, estate gifts, and annual pledges. Joyce also planned and executed VCU Giving Day 2025 as well as all VCU Athletics donor related events.
Joyce is a 2023 graduate of Wofford College where she played defense for the women's lacrosse program. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Sport Leadership program at the VCU Center for Sport Leadership.
