
Spiders Pick up Key Wins Over Binghamton and Brown on Saturday

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The University of Richmond Men's Tennis team picked up two key wins over Binghamton, 4-0 and Brown, 4-3 on Saturday evening. With the two wins, the Spiders improved to 2-2 overall while Brown fell to 4-3 overall and Binghamton fell to 0-6.
Against Brown, Daniel Kliebhan/ William Karpinski (6-4) and Alex Wernink/ John Walsh (7(8)-6(6), won their doubles matches against the Bears. In singles action, Kliebhan won a hard-fought battle over Alex Finkelstein (BU) while Walsh and Mark Taranov each picked up wins in their respective matches.

The Spiders continue their trip in West Point, taking on Army on Sunday 8:30 a.m. before traveling to Georgetown on Friday.
