UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -
The Richmond men's tennis team dominated Morgan State 7-0 in its last match of the regular season.
"We played well today against a tough Morgan State team," said head coach Billy Boykin. "It's nice to end the regular season on a positive note. Jesse Feder led the way for us today, winning his 18th match of the spring season. Senior Will Minter and junior AJ Nelson also played great singles matches and have each won 7 out of their last 11 matches. We've been playing good tennis recently and will try to carry that momentum into the Atlantic 10 conference tournament next weekend."
Every singles match was won by straight sets, and former A-10 Rookie of the Week Jesse Feder continued his winning ways with another stellar performance, a 6-2, 6-4 win over Kevon Charles.
Richmond travels to Monroeville, Pa. this weekend for the Atlantic 10 Championships.
