Men's Tennis Topples Georgetown 5-2

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Unviersity of Richmond men's tennis team came back to defeat Georgetown University 5-2 this afternoon after losing two of the three doubles matches. The Spiders improve to 11-6 on the season.
Richmond's top pair of seniors Matthew Cabana and Derek Schwandt were the only Spider duo to win in doubles play as they took an 8-6 win.
In singles play, the Spiders captured five wins in straight sets.
Richmond hosts East Carolina tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at the UR Tennis Complex.
