Khari Smart joined the Richmond Men's Lacrosse staff as the program's Director of Lacrosse Operations in December 2023.
A 2022 graduate of Hood College, Smart will take over the Director of Lacrosse Operations role for Richmond.
A 2022 graduate of Hood College, Smart most recently served as the Creative Content Producer for the Hood College men’s lacrosse team. There, he was responsible for overseeing the program's social media and recruiting content.
Prior to that position, Smart played two years of lacrosse for Hood, where he played atatck and was part of the first two winning seasons in program history.
Outside of his work for the Blazers, Smart is a freelance videographer and photographer and also coached junior varsity lacrosse at Walkersville High School in Frederick, Md. Smart coached the Lions to a 9-3 record during the 2022-23 season.
