Back for its second season, Bar West, 5811 Grove Avenue, is set to host the weekly Richmond football radio show with Coach Russ Huesman. The live program will air Thursdays from Noon-1pm beginning this Thursday September 4 on 106.1 ESPN, richmondspiders.com and espnrichmond.com. Senior defensive end Donovan Hoilette will be the special player guest for the first show.
Fans are encouraged to attend the show to talk college football with Coach Huesman, player guests and Voice of the Spiders Bob Black, while also enjoying the full food and drink menu at Bar West, including their "Build Your Trio" lunch special. Listeners and fans can interact with the show, anytime, by submitting questions and comments online.Â

After missing all but the first two games of last season because of injury, Hoilette returned to action in Saturday's season opener at Lehigh, having moved from linebacker to defensive end. The West Palm Beach, Fla. native recorded three tackles, including one for loss, and was part of a defense that limited the nationally-ranked Mountain Hawks to just 298 yards of total offense. Â
