
Spider Athletics Announces New Spider Loyalty Program

RICHMOND, Va. -- Spider Athletics is excited to announce the new Spider Loyalty Program for the 2021-22 Football and Basketball seasons. This program is designed to reward fans for their support of Richmond student-athletes. The Spider Loyalty Program will primarily impact assigning post-season and away contests tickets as well as determining seating and parking relocation requests for season ticket holders.
The Spider Athletic Fund suspended its priority points on June 30, 2018 in response to the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Points that were accrued prior to the suspension will still remain with each account as historical points. The newly instated point formula will be retroactive to July 1, 2018 and fans will accrue points for all purchases and donations since that date based on the new formula.
Spider fans can check their Spider Loyalty points by logging into their ticket account. Note you must have an active ticket account to review your points, click here to log in. Spider Loyalty Program Points will be calculated before and used for the following:
• Determining Football Upgrades and Relocation Requests
• Football Postseason (if applicable)
• Determining Basketball Upgrades and Relocation Requests
• Atlantic 10 Tournament
• NCAA Tournament (if applicable)

• Historical Points (Points accrued prior to June 30, 2018)
• Current Year Unrestricted Donation x .2
• Current Year Restricted Donation x .1
• Lifetime Giving x .02
• Consecutive Years of Giving x 2
• Season Tickets Purchased x 2 (accumulates each year)
• Hospitality Purchased x 2 (accumulates each year)
• Parking Purchased x 2 (accumulates each year)
• UR Alumni +50 (two-time graduates will only receive one 50-point bonus)
• UR Former SA +50 (Multi sport student-athletes will only receive one 50-point bonus)
• Post season/Away game tickets purchased from UR Ticket Office x 2
• Host event in hospitality area +25
• Kids Club +5/child
Special Items to Note
Current Fiscal Year donations will be moved to lifetime giving and reset to zero each year on July 1st. Once a new donation is made in that fiscal year the points will be added back to your account.
