Women's Tennis Falls To UNC Wilmington

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Richmond women's tennis team fell to the UNC Wilmington Seahawks, 5-2, Sunday at the C of C Tennis Complex.
The Spiders gathered their two points from Brittany Boys and Denny Lamachia in the five and six spots, repectively. Lamachia fell behind in the first set to Hamilton Lovett, but rallied back for a 6-1, 6-3, 1-0 (7-2) win on court six. Boys slid by Alix Theodossiou, 6-3. 6-4.
The Spiders will return to the court tomorrow to face the host College of Charleston at 10 a.m.
