GREENVILLE, N.C. -
The Richmond women's tennis team was downed by host East Carolina 6-1 Wednesday afternoon.
Richmond's Isabel Arana picked up the Spiders' point in singles play with a 6-4, 6-3 victory over Abby Richmond of ECU.
The Spiders fell to 5-9 overall while ECU improved to 13-7. Richmond returns to action Saturday at William & Mary at 11 a.m.
