
Women's Tennis Gets Win At GW

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Richmond's doubles went undefeated as the Spiders' women's tennis team took down Atlantic 10 opponent, George Washington, 5-2. Richmond went 3-0 in doubles competition and 4-2 in singles play to earn the win. Pamela Duran, Erin Clark, Xenia Schneider and Isabel Arana all earned individual victories for the Spiders.
Richmond's pairs in doubles play was unstoppable at George Washington Saturday. The teams of Duran and Ashlee Vosters, Schneider and Clark and Kelly Tidwell and Arana all beat out their GW competition to give Richmond a perfect 3-0 in doubles competition.
As individuals, the Spiders also put on a great performance. Four players came away with wins to put the Spiders over the Colonials 5-2 overall.
