Women's Tennis Drops To No. 31 Maryland On Saturday

RICHMOND, Va. - The University of Richmond women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to No. 31 Maryland on Saturday in Richmond, Va. Jessica Hubbard and Ashlee Vosters each notched in a singles victory at the No. 5 and 6 spots, respectively, while Beatrice Grasu and Robin Carter paired up at the No. 2 doubles for an 8-6 win. The Spiders, now 1-4, will return to action tomorrow with a match against No. 58 Penn at 9:00 a.m.
