
Women's Tennis Falls to #39 Virginia 7-0

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The University of Richmond women's tennis team was swept 7-0 by the 39th-ranked Cavaliers from University of Virginia this afternoon at the UR Tennis Complex. The Spiders, after winning their last three contests, fall to 4-3 on the year.
Virginia opened action taking all three doubles contests to earn the duos point and the Richmond was unable to record any victories in singles action.
Richmond returns to the courts on Wednesday, March 19, when they face James Madison at 2:00 p.m. in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
