Shea Nolan joined the Richmond Athletics Department as the Assistant Director of Equipment Operations in August of 2022. He has five years of experience working in equipment operations between the NCAA collegiate and professional levels.
Nolan now works alongside and supports all of Richmond's athletic sport programs, while handling daily operation of the football equipment room and traveling with the football team.
Nolan joined the Spiders after working as a student manager with his Alma mater Kent State University. He also made stops at the Baltimore Ravens as a Training Camp Equipment Intern and as a Temporary Equipment Assistant for the Washington Commanders.
Nolan graduated from Kent State University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business.
