Sharon Broyles joined the University of Richmond in 2008 as an Administrative Specialist in the Office of the President. Since March 2022, she has enjoyed working in the Department of Athletics as the Assistant to the Vice President and Director of Athletics, John Hardt.
Broyles is trained in Value Based Leadership and has comprehensive experience supporting senior leadership in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She and her husband enjoy going to sporting events, visiting Myrtle Beach, boating on Lake Gaston and spending time with family.
