Kieran Thayer joined the University of Richmond in 2023 as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, with primary responsibilities for cross country and track & field teams.

Kieran earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2021 and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
