Jennifer Phillips re-joined Richmond Athletics in May 2023 as the department's Assistant Business Manager following a year working as a Patient Access Rep for Bon Secours.
Phillips' first stint with the Spiders was from 2012 to 2022, when she served as Assistant Director of Ticketing and Hospitality. In that role, she managed group sales for Spider Athletics and provided logistical support for game day operations.
Prior to joining Richmond for the first time, she worked as an account executive with IMG College in Winston-Salem, N.C., dealing with the Spiders from a distance as she worked at the corporate level with ticket sales and developing Spider Scout Day.
Phillips was with Mandalay Sports Consulting in Winston-Salem, helping cultivate clients for the Florida Classic, in 2011.
Phillips graduated cum laude from Virginia State with a degree in sport management in 2011.
