Eddie Marshall joined the Richmond Staff early in 2022 as an assistant athletic trainer. Marshall works with the Spider men's lacrosse program after working with the football and tennis programs.

Marshall spent two yeas as the graduate assistant athletic trainer at Wingate, working with the football and softball programs from 2019-21. He has spent time working with three different teams in the National Football League, most recently spending the 2021-22 season with the Atlanta Falcons for an athletic training season internship.

Marshall also has worked with the Indianapolis Colts in a summer internship in 2020 and the Arizona Cardinals in the summer of 2018.

Marshall graduated from James Madison in 2019. He worked as an athletic training student assistant at JMU, involved in football, baseball and women's soccer during his time in Harrisonburg. He earned his Masters from Wingate in 2021.

Marshall is a certified athletic trainer through BOC, licensed in the commonwealth of Virginia and a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
