Bridgette Robles is in her fourth year as an Assistant Director of Athletic Public Relations at the University of Richmond in 2022-23. Robles is the primary contact for baseball and field hockey while being the secondary contact for men's basketball. Robles served as field hockey interim assistant coach against Lock Haven and UMass in October 2021. In her first two years at Richmond, she also served as the women's lacrosse and women's track and field contact.

Robles joined the Spiders in January of 2020 after spending time as the Athletic Communications Coordinator at Washington University in Saint Louis. She spent two years as the Social Media Manager at Missouri State from 2016-2018, creating and managing digital media outreach for the main athletics department accounts and Olympic sports. She was also the primary media contact for track & field and women's tennis.

Robles spent a year as the Media Relations Specialist at the Southwestern Athletic Conference from 2015-16. She was the conference's contact for women's volleyball, baseball, men's tennis and women's tennis. She spent 2012-14 as the Assistant Sports Information Director at Lewis University in Illinois. She worked closely with women's soccer, men's and women's volleyball, women's basketball, men's and women's swimming, men's and women's golf and baseball.

Robles also has minor league baseball experience, working along side media relations departments of the Springfield Cardinals, Birmingham Barons and Richmond Squirrels. She served as official scorer and moderator at the 2023 NCAA College Baseball Charlottesville Regional and Super Regional.

Robles spent time in the Atlantic 10 Conference as an Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant at George Washington from 2009-11. She managed the publicity efforts for women's soccer, softball, men's and women's tennis and men's and women's swimming. She earned her Master of Professional Studies from George Washington.

Robles graduated from Missouri State with a degree in Print Journalism/Communications. She began her career as a student-assistant in the Missouri State Sports Information Department, where she served as the field hockey contact for three seasons.

Robles was chosen to be a member of the first class of CoSIDA/Knight Commission Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Fellows in 2022. She is also an active member of College Sports Communicators mentorship program.
