Kropinack joined the Spiders in October 2023 following one year of serving as the Community Engagement Director at the YMCA of Greater Richmond.
She earned her Master's Degree at VCU's Center for Sport Leadership, during which time she served as a graduate assistant with Richmond Athletics' Academic Services department.
Kropinack was a two-year captain of the Women's Soccer team at Bucknell University, graduating from BU in 2021 with a degree in International Relations. She also spent four months in South Africa working for a soccer-centered nonprofit in Cape Town.
