Two major milestones were reached during the game. Lucas Littlejohn's assist on Gavin Creo's goal at 11:36 of the fourth quarter marked his 100th career point, making him the 12th player in program history to reach the milestone and the second this season, following Joe Sheridan's 100th-point achievement in last week's game at St. Bonaventure. Later, Aidan O'Neil's assist on Littlejohn's goal at 8:10 of the fourth quarter marked the 200th point of his career, making him just the fourth player in program history to reach 200 career points.
