Spiders Record Multiple Results Friday at CSCAA National Invitational Championships

RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond recorded multiple results during Friday finals at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships. Three Spiders advanced to the finals, with Hannah Wieczorek qualifying for the A final.

In the 100 back, Wieczorek finished seventh in the A final with a time of 54.02.

The Spiders finished 16th in the 200 medley relay. The team of Wieczorek, Gabbie Primiano, Erin Budde and Presley Baber touched the wall in 1:42.24.

Molly Blanchard placed 16th in the 400 IM B final with a time of 4:20.80.

Presley Baber added a 19th-place finish in the 100 breast, touching in 1:03.10.

Richmond also recorded a 13th-place finish in the 800 free relay, as Budde, Primiano, Blanchard and Kaitlyn Bauer combined for a time of 7:22.99.

Through 30 events, Richmond sits 13th in the team standings with 146 points.

Richmond will compete in the final day of the CSCAA National Invitational Championships Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with the 100 IM.
