Spiders Earn Multiple Wins at Wesley A. Brown Invitational

In the 500 meters, Molly Flanagan, Caroline Donohoe and Aaleyah Foster all posted personal-best times. Flanagan won the event in 1:14.55 and now ranks No. 7 on Richmond's all-time list, while Donohoe followed closely in second at 1:14.59 to rank No. 8 all time. Foster finished fourth in 1:17.56. Ashley Bolesh captured first place in the 800 meters, crossing the line in 2:15.45.

In the mile, Mia Paolino finished seventh with a personal-best time of 5:13.45. In the 3,000 meters, Estella Bruneau placed sixth with a personal-best time of 10:23.90.

In the 5,000 meters, Hallie Muniz claimed the victory in 17:30.50, while Mollie Fenn finished second in 17:36.98.

Molly Wise posted a winning mark of 6.12 meters in the long jump to take first place and also recorded a personal-best time of 7.89 in the 60 meters. Sydney Phillips placed seventh in the long jump with a personal-best mark of 5.22 meters.

Richmond also earned a relay win as the 4x400-meter relay team of Gabrielle Cummings, Morgan Elliott, Flanagan and Donohoe finished first in 3:53.37.

Spiders return to action Jan. 23-24 for a split weekend at the VMI Invitational and the Liberty Open.
