RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond cross country heads to Rock Hill, S.C. to compete in NCAA Southeast Regionals at the Winthrop Farm Course. On Friday morning, the women's 6k race will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the men's 10k race will begin at 11:30 a.m.
